Default What bulbs to replace when removing the headlights to rebuild the headlight motors?

Someone many years ago posted that if you are taking the headlight buckets out to rebuild the headlight motors you should replace the bulbs right way as preventative maintenance as they are very hard to get to. What bulbs was he referring to? The headlight bulbs or side marker bulbs? Or?

And I will add: do them one at a time. That way, if in doubt, you can check the other side.
