That car looks suspiciously like the one in your avatar.
I'm not sure what a clean air vehicle is.

Boggles my mind.... why do people black out/blur license plate numbers?? Have they ever stopped to think how many people see it every day?

yah its stupid. People think someone will run there plate and find there address and steal there car. It is easier to just follow them on Facebook.

What does clean air vehicle actually mean? My Pzev is defined as a clean air vehicle. My c5 gets better mpg! It's amazing how some can't stick to a subject ! Yes people hide plates what's wrong in that? Are you parking enforcement? Lol I got all sorts of goodies hiding my plate besides the point. I thought it was funny a c5 sitting in a clean air space just little jokes brighten up people.

Battery cars yes clean air and polluted ground and ground water lol. Wheres the spot for that.

That's great

The first and last time I posted my plate online, I got a ticket in the mail a week later. Long story short, it turns out that someone had made a fake plate with my numbers/letters on it and put it on an SUV. The ticket was for blowing through a red light in another state.

People local to you aren't necessarily the ones going to try to do funny business with your info

Thanks for the idea. I'm about to take a very long trip and I'm sure I'll blow by some speed cameras.
As far as a clean air vehicle, ppffftttt, no such thing. My 2002 Corvette gets better gas mileage than my 4 banger Eagle Talon.

I'm more curious as to why "clean air vehicles" get designated spots to park in

Because people who drive those kinds of vehicles "need a safe place"....... to park.

Looks like clean air vehicles leak a lot of oil.

There is plenty of humor here. It is just ironic and a little dry.

The designated parking ridiculous in it's self. An electric outlet may look clean but for some reason people don't think critically enough to understand how electricity is made. If too many people drove these it would overload the grid. How many diesel lineman trucks would it take to maintain that?
I guess some people feel they are entitled to special privileges.

Any way, thanks for posting.

Its going to be a long wait for critical thinking. I’m just gonna say “Merica” because that explains it all. Why question 100 year old technology.

No I'm not, it just makes about ZERO sense. And if you don't want comments - don't put it out there in the first place. Get over it.

Special spot makes them feel special. Feeds their overblown sense of self satisfaction.
