On Pewter it improves the look. On Torch and Millennium, it makes a dramatic difference imo. Totally worth doing and looks good but getting that adhesive off is a pain. Goof Off makes the rubber easier to roll off with your fingers and pressure.

Looks much cleaner without them. I removed mine within the first month of owning the car. 🤣🤣

It was one of those options, like the current satellite radio, that dealers used to pad margin on inventory. On the upside, they add down force.
