Same here. I switched to Geico from Esurance/Allstate and literally paid $600 less per year on just my daily driver. I have since added my Z06 to the policy. I can only imagine how much more I would have been paying back with Allstate.

I'd be curious to see what some ya'lls coverages are? I'm paying substantially more than most of you guys. Upwards of 1000 bucks a year on a 20 year old car. We carry pretty high personal protection coverages. Wife has been a paralegal for 25 years in personal injury and is very picky about insurance coverages. Cheap generally isn't good.

She does want me to switch the car over to NCM but I am having a helluva time letting go of the idea of NOT being able to do what ever in the hell I want to with the car.

I have Geico on truck, Jeep and motorcycycles. It cost $900/year to add my 2004 C5 which is not my daily driver. I got quote from NCM for same coverage $404/year. My C5 is covered by NCM now.

Years ago I switched from Hartford (AARP) to Geico to reduce my premium for my C5 and Ram Hemi and saved a few bucks that years. The following years their rates had large increases with no claims or violations from me. Last year I switched back to Hartford and saved over $700/year. Geico only does a six moth policy so they can jack you up twice a year. They suck you in with a cheaper rate, jack them up and you get to pay for their annoying false TV ads. Never again!

Well our car is officially switched over to NCM as of this morning. Great group of folks Car will be 57 dollars per month cheaper than what we were paying prior. Agreed value, better coverages, and more miles allowed. Pretty cool and I can still drive the thing to work no more or less than I already was. Just have to mind my Ps and Qs about not running errands with it. The car was never a daily driver anyways.

I use Hagarty for my collector cars. No issues and no increases. Outstanding communications.

I had State Farm for years, my three cars and home... every year my cars were getting older but the rate kept going up.. One day I decided to check around.. Since I am retired Military , I checked with USAA. I got more coverage( full coverage for the cars and more coverage for the house... for less... how much less? 1000 dollars a year less. I just replaced my wife's 2009 car with a 2019 so I contacted USAA, the agent told me if I chose a 6 month auto pay, it would reduce my total insurance bill by 20 dollars including the coverage on the New car.
USAA is great if you are retired Military. They wont take you if you are not. You have to have a copy Of your DD214, and your exit orders.

EPMM,,,,I just purchased Grundy yesterday for my 02 Z06 and everything on their web page seemed great. Then I got the policy via email and a few things looked different, so I called them today. It seems they advertise for pleasure driving, but the policy states LIMITED pleasure driving. They talk about if you have to stay overnight in a hotel that if it's outside then you are covered. That is only partially true as I asked about that and was told it's ONLY when in a car club function. I asked about the pleasure driving part so I could take it on vacation from Michigan to Savannah, GA (no mileage limitations) and was told ONLY if I have my daily driver with me also. Even though the car would be parked in the condo garage for the entire time we are at the timeshare, it would not be covered because it was not a club event, so therefore you must have your daily driver.
It took 1 day to get approved and 1 day for them to take my $493 from my credit card, but when I cancelled today, I was told my refund would take 4 weeks...4WEEKS!!!!!!
I will be notifying the insurance commissioner in my state (nothing in the policy states that it would take a month to get your money back) and also notifying the BBB since their on line advertising statements are different than their actual policy.
Very disappointed.

What I've learned about insurance companies is they aren't going to tell you about the stuff that could bite you in the *** later unless you ask about it. The only info they're going to volunteer is the stuff that makes them look good. It helps that I have a sister who is a State Farm agent who can tell me what to ask about...

I’m with Chubb, agreed value. No restrictions what so ever. I have my cars and my daughter’s cars with them. Have had claims with no problems. Great company to deal with. Asked about vacation, no problem. Never asked about mileage. Would not cover use without the corvette.

I pay close to that as well. Also have State Farm, and live outside Chicago.

I swear by State Farm. They may not be the cheapest, but anytime I've made a claim, they never give me the shaft. They've always taken car of me, and made sure my car was fixed.

You get what you pay for.

Does Chubb do stated value coverage?
