No bypass mod, but it does sound louder than usual it seems.
Couldn't tell from the top video; are the cats removed (if not, maybe someone gutted them)?

All stock in the rear mufflers, no bypass welded in and over the axle pipes are still intact as a single piece unit. Aftermarket systems would a two piece construction back there with a flange conection.
I think I see the H-pipe crossbar section, but better pics would help. Go to the mid-section and front lower section for more shots there and a shot in the engine bay looking down at headers.
Whatever it is, it sure doesn't sound good to my ears. A bit too much gurgle and tractor sound or something. I don't recall my stock setup sounding like that. Wonder if previous owner gutted the factory mufflers? Any visible marks on the rear muffler cans to indicate it had been opened up and re-welded? Probably done to the top of the can to keep it less visible.

My stock exhaust did not sound like that nor that loud. As others have said, something may have been done to the exhaust further towards the front of the car.

Those are 100% Stock shitty caddy tipped C5 mufflers. I hated mine 100%
Like others have stated, yours sound GUTERAL and crude.
You will smile ear to ear if you install a C5 ZO6 Titanium Muffler with the BY-PASS MOD installed..
Most can be had for $350-$400 Then you will need to do the by-pass mod to the stock Ti mufflers.
The C5 ZO6 Titanium (Ti) Mufflers Looks 100% better than the stock LS1 Crap, is 25 pounds lighter and will NOT rust or corrode!
THIS,, is a STOCK LS-1 midpipe: off of a 2004 with PUP CATS.
