If you state what you are thinking about doing to the mirrors, perhaps someone can help you. You really haven't given us much to go on.

Some GM trucks have them.
They're just LEDs no electronics.
They're not that bright that they interfere with seeing anything.
The cell phone pic above is brighter than they really are.
I also have an adjustable blindspot mirror

I have the directional signal / arrow on my Silverado mirrors .Love them.
I do believe most big name aftermarket suppliers such as Corvette America, Corvette Central etc, etc, carries replacement mirrors with the built in signals along with the wiring.

I love my adjustable blindspot mirrors
I have them on all my vehicles.
3" ones on my SRT Hemi Cherokee

I would like to know about modifying my front bumper.
That's it. That's all the information I will give you. Since you are a mind reader, what exactly do I want to do to my front bumper? Remember, you can't ask me anything. I am a brand new member, have one post to my name, and disappear after posting the thread.

No painting required.
Have to take the door panels off to run the wires.
You can pop off the factory glass on the car but I took my mirrors off and did them on a
steel table to carefully press the new glass in on the posts with carpenter clamps
and run the signal wires.
The 2" adjustable blindspot mirrors are $4.00 a pair at Advance.
