I agree with Bill.

I too Installed a rebuilt one from Mad Dog back in 2012 - It was a good price for a build level 3 Build. But the downside was the month down time I spent taking it out and installing rebuilt one. It wasn't too hard, but it's a steep learning curve and taking my time to make sure I did everything right,.,.

My 1 piece of advice is now is the time to buy a new torque convertor I run a Circle D with 3600 stall and it's awfully fun.,,.
