C5 wheel upgrade

Drifting
I definitely think the tire will matter more that the width. When I put new wheels on and went with C6 Z06 spyders, they came with the Goodyear run flats mounted with about a third left on them. I could light them up at will on my basically stock C5 even though they are 325s. Plenty wide. I killed those with one day at the track and put on the same sized pilot super sports (stock C6 Z06 ) 325s. Not very easy to break them loose now.

Ah ha! We got a winner
They are Forgestar F14's, the color is what they call "satin bronze" and they measure 18x9.5 +50 offset semi concave, and 19x11 +53 offset deep concave. They are wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 EVO.2 K120's in 265/35/18, and 305/30/19 respectively.
I got them from a forum vendor here called Get Your Wheels, sometimes goes by GYW for short. They are A+ top notch man Jason worked closely with me on the fitment, and they answered a million of my questions with patience, and logic, and they were very professional. Plus, my wheels arrived more than a week early Jason even went out of his way to accomadate me with pics of the rims as soon as they hit the loading bay. Great customer service!
Yes.They were $2500.oo SHIPPED brand spankin' new, with the tires mounted and balanced, with new black powder coated spline lock lug nuts. They are a custom made thing, so they do take a while to get, but they will take part down to get started on them; perfect for getting in those last couple weekends of overtime to finish paying them off
These things really took my ride to the next level. People (especially women) are always askin' me about them at the gas station, and in traffic. Someone literally wrecked while trying to look at my car.
I can give you specs on the suspension as well, if you're hunting for the perfect stance (my opinion obviously), that was pretty cheap too

2 inch wider seems a lot. Can you tell me if you need to change anything and if you had any problems?

Thanks. One more question if you don’t mind.
how much do they stick out from the fender? If i calculate this correct it must be around 16mm on the back and 8mm on the front. On your photo’s I can’t see it clearly.
