Default All detailed up for summer!

25 or so hours of compounding, polishing, pressure washing, etc. It's finally almost done. Can't wait for the portland, or weather to clear up for driving.
finish is 2 coats of Wolfgang paint sealant and 2 coats of Pinnacle souveran spray wax.

Looks GREAT...I'm awaiting some nice weather to get started on mine.
Brought new weather stripping, front and rear emblems. I'll remove everything first, do all of the detailing and then put all of the new stuff on .

That sir, is outstanding work! That paint looks like it's a mile deep! I've detailed my car myself for the past two seasons, following all of the advice from my brothers here on the forum and I just can't get a a shine like that to save my life! But I keep getting inspiration to keep trying from guys like you!

Wash, then Clay, then compound, then Wax... I never used to be able to get that kind of shine until I started doing those 3 steps after I wash...

I also used to do all of those steps by hand...this year, I got myself a DA Buffer and it makes like SOOO much easier...

the smoother the surface the better the gloss. Just keep at it. Head over to the autogeek forums too they have alot of tips and info over there.
