Well I did "THE Test" I did half my hood in Zaino and asked friends for input...they picked the Zaino side. This was not performed in a hyperbaric chamber, an iron lung, or inside the cat-Cracker at the Bayway Refinery....it was outside in my backyard, where conditions could be closely monitored and controlled.

Ok, here are a couple of pix. I don't think anything is more difficult to take a pic of is a "comparative shine". One side is Zaino, the the other a month old coat of Surf City liquid carnauba. Also, I did not dust or clean it from yesterday.

That's exactly the problem with comparing or evaluating Wax jobs from pix!
The Zaino is on the driver's side.

Friscojim, Your car looks good. Question, did you strip it with dawn soap before you started. Don't take me the wrong way. With that great color that car can pop. Stay with it👍🏻

Hate to throw a brick into any use.....but......since I dident do any actual experimentation chemically speaking.....just going by word of mouth from the best auto body and paint guy in my town......asked me NOT to use Dawn on car paint....it dries it out by reducing some of the natural oils in the paint....he says Dawn is for dishes....harsh oil removal on pots and pans.....NOT paint......he suggested Maguires......Zappa

You only use dawn to strip it. Not all the time. I did it 19 years ago and again two years ago. Because I started over. The pic of my car above was right after I redid it.

Yes - did the entire car with Dawn then used the Zaino wash in a spray bottle ti act as the lube for the claybar - washed it again after that with the Zaino was then the activated Z5 for the base - two coats of Z2 then 2 coats of Z5 using the gloss enhancer after buffing

LOL - actually got lucky when I bought it - the guy had just put on a new top - one less thing to worry about - no leaks - quiet -

You win. Didn't quite believe the hype about Zaino. But your video convinced me. I'm ready to find some and try it out.

I have been A Zaino user since 2002 when I had a Pewter colored truck, I was impressed then & still am, even on silver the car just glows.
