Default Value of my Z06?

I know, I know, not another one of these threads. , but I would like some opinions if ya'll don't mind . I've recently been thinking about selling my Z06 (not decided 100%) but I don't know where to even begin on valuing it.

Here's the rundown of my car:

2002 Torch Red Z06, 114k miles.

- Supercharged (A&A kit) 575rwhp.
- McLeod RXT clutch
- RPM stage 2 diff
- Tick master cylinder/speed bleeder
- XS Power Longtubes (catted)
- GM Parts 12499224 blue valve springs
- Straub Technologies trunnion kit
- MGW short throw shifter
- Vette Nuts premium insulation layer kit
- Titanium cut-out mod exhaust
- TSW Nurburgring's (18fr/19r) with Bridgestone potenza s-04 pole position tires. (265fr/305r)

Now right off the bat I know I check 2 boxes that vastly impact pricing; being highly modified and higher mileage. My car is in great shape. Runs really strong. All mods were professionally installed and I have all the receipts. I understand that at the end of the day it all comes down to how much the the buyer is willing to pay vs. how much the seller is willing to let it go for. My question to you guys is where would you set the initial price point at?

Pics would help. But I'm gonna throw this number out there:

19K

Agree with Shakey....I couldn't accurately price a car (same as I wouldn't buy one) without pictures of the exterior, interior and engine bay.

There are a number of threads lately discussing almost this exact same topic. At the end of the day, you just are not going to like the guy who offers the most correct answer. Around the $15,000 mark is reasonable unless you find the right buyer who wants your modifications and who trusts the work that has been done.

Sounds you did all the right stuff to the C-5 ,you did it right .. Have to present it to people that understand mods . Value and what someone will give is not the same you know what you got in it and is very hard to sell it for that . I say $15-$19 . To get the most out of it have to show were you got it worked on and the quietly of the build that kind of stuff. I know to you a list of mods looks good but to the average guy not so much got to do some spaling . Hard to sell a moded Corvette . I know a guy had $50,000 in a C-5 tried to sell it for $30-$25-$20 finely had to sell it in parts to get anything out of it . Just telling it like it is .. Good luck.. If looking of a hot rod I be on this one ..

Your Z sounds nice...but it would help if we had pics, how is the paint/body, interior and motor/driveline condition? How many owners? How has the service been over the years? Any paint or bodywork? Title? Issues? Condition of the tires, brakes, clutch etc.
It's tough because it sounds like a nice vette w some tasteful mods but it would take the right buyer to pull the right money.

Sounds like some nice mods, but 114k miles on the stock short-block
making that kind of power will really limit the number of potential
buyers. Like others have said, price it at $19k, but be prepared to take
$16k if you really want to part with the car. If the car is in really clean
shape without issues the $19k will be much easier to get.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was kinda in the same ballpark. I was thinking absolute best case scenario would be 19-20k. I don't think it would be too far off that number as I believe the car to be in great shape. I'll try to get some pics up later for a more accurate judgement.

i would pull the blower and sell it separately if you have any trouble at 19k. if the car is clean, rust free and well maintained it would sell for 16k without the blower

condition of the car is a really big variable here. at 100k miles there is getting to be a pretty big variance in condition. i have seen 100k z06s i wouldn't pay 12k for and some i would give 16k for without a thought. talking stock cars here

modded cars can be good if you find someone wanting those mods, the drawback is people often think of modded cars as beat on so you have to really go over all the details if it's in good shape. list all flaws etc

17k if you find the right buyer, you have a driver here and the mileage works against you.

Hard to find a bank that would finance it due to age alone.

So your market is made mostly of cash buyers. $20k is towards the top of the market.

Take off blower kit, headers, wheels & sell on their own if you have the stock parts to put it back together. Sell de-modded 114k mile beat down Z for $14k

Mileage would be the big detractor..without the mods I would say around $13-14k. With the mods maybe $15-16k (people don't pay much extra for mods as the ones that add power typically put more stress/wear on the car).

with what bobby777 said.

114k miles with mods like that says to me that car's been driven hard and put away wet. I wouldn't even touch it.

My opinion is your buyer at those miles & mods is a cash buyer who wants to mod it more or beat hell on it via autocross, etc. I have a pal who's looking for just that, but on a regular C5 coupe or FRC (if he can find one) at a cheap price.

Maybe $15k as-is on a good day, maybe a little more, maybe a little less.

You might emphasize the autocross angle and/or get hooked into a local race scene to get the word out.

Sorry, but you asked for opinions.
