2016 Nassau Blue's Let's See Them!
I was searching through the forum and it looks like it's been a while since there's been a post for some pretty blue's.
I feel like I can finally post pics of my baby now since I can drive it. I started looking for a black or nassau blue C5 6spd early summer. After much time on autotrader, cars.com, etc. we found a great deal (IMHO) on a '99 and flew down to Alabama to get her and drive her home. Hubby had to teach me a little about driving a stick, but I'm pretty comfortable with it now.
I'd love to see what everyone has been doing with their Nassau Blue's too.
I want to get the chrome inlays to go inside the Corvette words on the rear for sure. Otherwise I'm just happy to finally have my vette.

Very nice ride you've got.

I'm a bit of a cheap bastard so I just try to add random stuff when I can and hope it doesn't get too out of hand.
DIY flushed tails.
Made my own exhaust plates. I have a handful that I swap out. Velcro'ed for easy removal.
BTW, random edit, Nassau Blue was for sure the "right" color choice. I had wanted NB since I was a kid when the C5 was new. I pretty much said it had to be NB and don't regret the color at all. Most people have never seen a C5 in NB so I get a ton of compliments.

When you get the rear letters, get the stainless version...they will last forever.http://www.ecklerscorvette.com/corve...1997-2004.html

Also, it just happens to match my business colors.

Love it! So shiny. I have the glass top too. Can never decide which look I like better. Hope you get her fixed soon!

Mine is actually the painted too. I couldn't stand the glass too and how it amplified sound. I had the painted too and halo black wrapped to see if I like it. That was 6 years ago, lol.

I have only seen one other Nassau Blue C5 in my area.
I wasn't sure about it when we first got it but it sure gets a lot of compliments. I didn't expect that at all. The longer I own it and more I drive it I realize it is an unusual color - in a good way.
