Anyone experience these LED headlight bulbs?
Hiya everyone.
I recently purchased a c5 z06 and the light output is very yellow after being used to HID's(real life problems, right?). I read on the forums that different bulbs(silverstars and ect) will make minimal improvements and it was true as I just tried on a new set of silver star bulbs today.
My friend gave me a heads up on these led bulbs and I couldn't find any corvettes with it on google.

There are a few different brands on amazon and seeing actual customer pictures look very impressive. However, most of the cars have projectors already.
I'm hoping to see some c5s with these bulbs.
Thanks!
EDIT: BAH! I should've searched the forums before making this post. Please delete as I see there are other threads about this. Sorry!

After driving at night for the first time, I began to wonder how this was even acceptable back in 2002. Not only was the driver side aimed way too low, I could barely see ahead of me and using the high beams felt like I was on low beams. I think radioflyers it is.

Melting Slicks
First tried them (HIR's) on my wife's car years back. Get a lead on them from the Subaru Legacy GT forum. Because it was driven a lot at night, I tried to improve the Subie's lighting by using Silverstars - no noticeable difference and they did not last long. Then I put the HIR's in some years back - and there was a definite improvement. You have to trim a little plastic tab a bit to get them to fit, but it's worth the fuss. And they have lasted a long time as well - this on a car that uses its low beam lights as DRL's, so they are always on - at a slightly lower voltage of course.
Google Candlepower 9011 bulb for more info.
Here's some data I scoured off the net:
9006 - 55 watts - 1000 lumens
9005 - 65 watts - 1700 lumens
9012 - 55 watts - 1870 lumens
9011 - 65 watts - 2350 lumens
