Wondering what I should ask for my vette???
Hi,
Was wondering what I should ask for my 2003 Zo6 it has 52k miles on it and nothing is wrong with it I've had it about year but have went another direction and bought a truck and wanna buy a boat along with putting money down on buying a house I put CCW Sp16's with Nitto INVO'S on it a stealth diffuser, CFC front splitter and side skirts C6 Zo6 emblems and a ZR1 rear spoiler, and TPE rear fenders. The motor is completely stock and interior is also please LMK what you think?

Your car has a wholesale value of $17,500, a Private Party value of $19,500 and a dealer retail value of $22,000 as of this morning, although SoCal numbers can be a bit lower due to the high number of C5s on the market here. Sell the rims and ask $22K- You might get a little lower though, due to your mileage. Good luck!

True, but remember that there's serious diminishing returns when you pour money into an older car, especially with rims and tires. They're simply not worth what you paid for them, in the car value equation. Many Z06 buyers will actually prefer the stock wheels anyway, and move past your car. Sell the rims and tires separately, although I seriously doubt anyone will pay you $5500 for them- Most folks will just go buy new rims and tires in that range, and nice ones at that. 19/20 HRE sets come routinely used for $3000-$3500 on craigslist. Just be realistic is all I'm saying...

Cali market is different than PNW, not everybody wants a stock vette and I wanna see you buy my rims for 3500 with tires or a decent looking set of HRE's less than a thousand mile on em I'd keep the car for that and walk by it every morning in my garage...

Ditto, get those wheels and tires off and resell, you'll eventually find someone who will pay you a fair price, sadly the other goodies are not going to get you as far as you like. 22k + is a fair price and it should move promptly if you get it on Craig's list, eBay, here and other social media in your specific location. Good luck!

He wasn't trying to be offensive man. I also agree with him.
Same reason why I refuse to sell my Classics, I know I'm out what I originally paid for them, so I refuse to "give them away" lol
That's why I get to see them tucked away in my loft looking pretty.
again I think you should keep it. Or be prepared to get low balled.

Good point about putting the stock wheels on the car with the wide fenders - probably just won't look right. I would ask the $25K and see what happens. You could always lower the price of need be.

I think that's what Im gonna do I think its a good value and nice car in between a c5 and c6 pricing with out spending 40-60k on a c6z but have something different than the norm.. I wouldn't sell it but have a four month year old and a 8 year old and just just bought a Dodge Megacab 3500 so its time to go otherwise its gonna just sit.

You're going to have a lot of low ballers at $25K; so many that it's probably going to really **** you off.
Good luck whatever you decide to do though. The car looks great and looks to be well put together. You did enough to make it unique but not be completely un-sellable (multi-colored paint job, random crap stuck on it, etc).

Sell the wheels and get a set of C6Z wheels for the car and then sell it. You could probably get a decent coin for the wheels you have now and be able to pick up a used set of C6Z wheels for around 1k or so. Then start with 22k or so. Good looking car regardless.

$1500.00 US and I will pick it up tomorrow.
Beautiful car are you sure you want to do this?
Best of luck with the sale and I think it is worth $25K if not more but my $1500 offer stands if nothing else comes along. Might throw in an aluminium boat and Merc 25 to sweeten the deal.
Good luck. Stunning well thought out car.

Honestly it looks fantastic and if you're patient the right buyer will come along.
hate to see you put so much into it to change direction.
And also your getting near the backside of the summer for high numbers.
Good news is your at back side of boating season also.
GLWS, it looks

If you seriously want to sell it, I would put the stock fenders and wheels back on the car and pull the side skirts and splitter. You'll come out way ahead selling the mods separate.
