What "acoutrements" could it have? Rear brake ducts and the badges?

I say don't do it. You would have to be pretty "corvette stupid" to mistake it for a Z06.

I have had two people so far ask me if my car is brand new. Obviously they don't know vettes either. But I certainly wouldn't try to pass it off as a C7 to the unsuspecting.

It does have the Z06 suspension and...

Brake cooling ducts
Red Calipers
Full black interior swap with Z06 seats
Red fuel rail covers
Z06 mesh grilles
it had Z06 wheels when I got it, now it has a set of HRE 845R.

It was mostly 99% done by the previous owner. And yes, people who ask are obviously "Corvette Ignorant". Obviously putting "FAUX" in the license plate number is calling it out as an imitation.

I went though hell trying to get a plate,I was tired of the POUNDER plate.

so I just got a regular one. then I decided I did want a vanity plate, had a very hard time finding what I wanted so I got this one.

two weeks later this was in my mail box, with a letter saying that plate was taken ???? How do I get a plate if it was taken ??? in the letter they said I had three choices but they could not tell me which one I would get ???

so this is the plate I ended up with !! This took 6 weeks on a car I only drive 6 months ???

I tend to go for the funny side of Vanity plates so I went with ZSL0W6 on my 03 Z.

Machine head? Do people really still connect that?
No idea what that means besides Highway Star (whatever that means)?
