I have seen 2 or 3 other wheels installed on C5s that to me are awesome, but they are all several times the price of the thinspokes - if you can justify that kind of expense on a 15 year old car (in my case) - go for it!

Of course, step-one when I got my new C5 was to have mine chrome plated...

I loved my thin spokes. But when the 2nd rear cracked with no impact I was done. Hello C6Z spiders. Love them more.

Wheels make the car, on every car I buy, wheels come first before anything else.

I don't know what it is. But I actually LIKE the Wagon wheels on a FRC. More so then the thin spokes even...

The wagon wheels. The ones that were on the car. Looking for 17x8.5 on the front and 18x9.5 on the back.

It's a matter of preference. Everyone has different ideas, looks, etc. My motto is "less is more" I prefer the 5 spoke rims over the thin spokes any day. Spoilers, fake air vents, vinyl striping, etc all take away from the beauty of the car. Wheels do make a difference and I've always kept it simple and basic yet still sporty and high performance in appearance, nothing "bling" that says, "hey, look at me."

Those wheels are, in my opinion among the best looking wheels for Corvettes. They look great on a C5 or a C6. I changed from painted thin spokes to OEM polished thin spokes, but I like your wheels the best. Good choice.
