Default Best aftermarket radiator

Hi, sorry if this is already mentioned somewhere else, but is there a consensus on what is the best aftermarket radiator for a C5Z?

I was at Willow yesterday on a 93 degree day and saw a max coolant temp of 248.

I already have an oil cooler and trans and diff coolers.

I don't think you can go wrong with DeWitts or Ron Davis. You might get better responses in the Autocross and road racing section of the forum.

One of the two mentioned. I had an RD on my rr 02 camaro and currently have a Dewitts on my 04 Z. Both worked great.

I'm also going to chime in with the Ron Paul radiators. Put one in my old '06 Goat..fantastic quality.

Clean your radiator, you will be shocked at what comes out of the fins.

I went with RSD - Race Specialty Designs. First one came defective. We'll see about the 2nd one.

What's that above the fans?

And no, after at least 10 years the factory rad is not good enough, especially if you track it or have added hp.

I keep hearing this, I cleaned my factory radiator. I tracked the car yesterday in New Orleans with an ambient of 91 degrees and high humidity.

Car never got over 230 degrees and oil temp was 290 max. This is at the end of a 20 minute session of having the crap beaten out of the car.

Pull the stocker out and clean the fins and keep them clean by blowing them out. These cars are huge vacuum cleaners, amazing what they suck up.

Let me clarify my statement as to my expereince-

Track it. HARD! R tires, upgraded pads, advanced group, top 3 finishers.
Added HP. 520 rwhp. HP creates heat, no getting around it.

Those are my qualifiers. Stock rad would not cut it. I'll still see 285 oil temps and 245 water temps with the Dewitt's eoc setup in 85 degree temps, (I dont race it if its warmer than that) but that beats the heck out of 320/265 I was seeing. Just my expereince.
