Yet another bulb replacement with USA bulbs
Ok, I know this subject has been rehashed a million times but I didn't see where anyone was able to get front signal/DRLs made in the USA...just saw the china chitt...anyway, I just changed both fronts in less than 10 minutes taking my time and doing it through the front brake air ducts...man was that easy....chevy stealership wanted $70 to do one side

Always good to save some money and still get the great results you expect. Plus good to use USA made products.

If you keep blowing bulbs, your bulb housing can have holes melted in it, water gets in, and the bulb shatters.
My first C5 had this issue, i patched the holes and DLRs lasted years.

This will continue to happen as long as you use incandescent bulbs. It was a design flaw as the bulbs are too close to the top of the housing and run VERY hot. The Only current solution is to switch to LED bulbs.

Or patch it properly. I patched mine with a sheet of aluminum, it won't ever happen again, promise that =P
