So while trying to go to carlise this morning, 87 miles into the trip, I blew out a new Michelin PSS, sucks but I figured I would take a few new pics, plus we found and fed a stray kitten

The tire sealant was really old, probably from 2004 but it wouldn't have helped anyway, the whole inner sidewall was gone, didn't realize this as I put the stuff in, oh well. Just sucks, we couldn't get to Carlise.

So I figured while my car is going to be out of commission for a few days, I might as well freshen up my interior a bit. Bought some Alcantara and got to work, heres the finished results. Its not perfect, but its my first time ever doing something like this. Im going to do the shifter and boot next.

Melting Slicks
Heads up, buy a new bottle of Slime. If you run Air Pressure sensors, get the Yellow labeled bottle, it won't hurt them. I tossed the old stuff right after I got my Z.
Nice job overall.....

Nah, too much trouble, I already ordered a new one. I'm thinking that I hit a nail or something and the air went out before I could realize and blew the sidewall, oh well. I don't even think that slime stuff works, idk. plus I stole the compressor from the corvette for my cayenne so I'm sol anyway

Thanks for all the love guys. It's really killing me that I haven't been able to drive it for a few days, the weather has been really nice lately. I'm having some trouble covering the shift **** in Alcantara as the leather that came off was somewhat curved and the Alcantara won't curve like that without ripples, I know it can be done because the C6 has them this way, time will tell.

Decided to take the interior one step further and wrap the headliner with some alcantara to match the seats and boots. Thinking about doing the pillars next, not quite sure yet....

clean blue light look to your heat / gauges
How do you get that cool, clean blue light look on your heat/ ac control and gauges? Is that some sort of LED kit? I'm only talking about the backside lighting, looks as if you replaced somehow?
Impressive, sir - lot of work there!

With the Cam and LT's etc - What did you end up putting down on the Dyno for RWHP?
Or are you just street tuned?
Thanks,Matt
