I know there are a lot of threads about filler plates but I've been curious about this one.

Clearly says it's not OEM and all of that but I read a lot of feedback and they have 100% positive. I didn't see any detailed feedback about the item in red as far as how close the color is, etc. They have sold a lot of these.

Have any of you bought one of these from this seller?

My car didn't come with one, so I kept the front plate on. I hate it, but not enough to risk the ticket. Although my C4 had no front plate and I never got hassled in that car.

I too live in Portland and have never heard of anyone being hassled or given a ticket.
