Default Was anybody at the Corvette Plant on Monday? August 18

I finally went and took the plant tour and it was an awesome experience. Any other fellow C5'ers there any this week?

As everybody who has been there before has said, it is definitely a must. Bucket list item for sure.

Been there many times and it is always a great experience. I agree - if you haven't been there, you need to put it on your must do list.

Participating in the 20th anniversary NCM corvette caravan. Leave next week Tuesday. Have tickets for the corvette plant tour on August 28. Can't wait. Last time I went on the corvette plant tour was in 2003.

I was there yesterday, Thursday. My first trip to the plant; my second trip to the museum. The plant tour was fantastic. I was impressed by the stress on absolute quality assembly and the ingenious industrial engineering that went into the plant design.

The sinkhole and the smashed Corvettes were scary. Bought the shirt, the coffee cup and the reefer magnet.

PS. The Corvette Only parking at the plant and the museum was so cool...made you feel special.

I agree... The way everything flows in sync with one another to get to the finished product in such a distinct way is nothing short of amazing.

Not only that, Ron, but they switched over to the 2015 'vette on Monday.
