Default ZR2 Carbon fiber Hood!

Got my hood in.

It looks great!

Definitely different, sets the car apart to say the least.

I know it's not everyone's taste. But it is pretty cool.

Thanks Pete, great customer service.

Hood fitment is superb.

And here is just a fun shot of the rest of the car prior to hood.

Damn getting L5's too?! You've been doing big things lately, car is going to look like one of a kind soon. Are you going to get new CCW's again in wider sizes?

Yeah it's time to set it apart even more I feel.

I still need to contact CCW regarding what we can do about the wheels.
My current offset is pretty aggressive to say the least. But my thoughts are to just replace the outter lips to bring it out for the flares. I'll end up with a really wide wheel, possibly 18X13 lol

Forgot you can do that on the classics, seems like a good plan.
More lip is always a good thing!
Only reason i went with a 20x12.5 was for 4.5 inches of outer lip lol.

Troy told me about the meet next year.

Hell go bigger if you can . Wish i could've done maybe a 5-6 but not sure if it would've looked too exaggerated. But anyway yeah man for sure, it's a pretty chill meet but we have our own group that makes it more on the crazy side if you know what i mean.

Definitely looking forward to seeing the ride in person sometime in the future.

I dig it. AND you're putting on a set of L5s and widening the Classics? Yep, you sir are my hero in this forum. Are you going to leave the hood raw like it is or are you going to get it painted?

It looks so good in person!
For now I'm going to leave it raw the way it is.
Until after I get the flares and wheels situated.

I've been eyeing that hood for awhile. Not sure if I want it yet. Could you take a picture from the driver seat? I've always been curious what it looked like when driving.

Sure I'll try and get one later.

You basically see the vents on the left side and and the cowl in the middle lol it's mean looking.
I was up in the air about it my self, but for the price you can't say no.

Beautiful car. Wheels will look sick with a wider lip. Maxx is going to blind some one with those shiney soup coolers! Lol. Have my ride in the shop getting a fresh ebony coat. Hope my custom L5's and front facia look as good aa Maxx's and TCruse. Their TPE's look great.

Maybe you'll get proper sized tires in the rear now.

I totally understand...there's just something special about nice carbon fiber pieces with a high gloss clear on it. With your Z being black the CF hood should look killer. With a torch red one it's shall we say a bit "shocking" to the eye to have that much CF.

That thing is gonna look SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCKKKK with the flares and wheels widened. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT!!!

Maybe he could run 18 x 14 Classics and stretch some 335 18s on them? lol
