Looks great! I love the color, however you need to adjust your passenger headlight cover.

Plasti-dip newb questions...How does it stand up to road grime, rain, etc.? Do you clean the car like you would with regular paint/clear? How long does it last?

Although I don't plan to use it on my C5, I would like to try it on some lower body panels on my DD.

I've never done it, so hopefully more experienced people will chime in. But I read that you can expect it to last 3 years with "normal" use. I also believe you wash it just like any other car. No idea about waxes or anything. I don't think you do anything with that, but honestly have no idea.

Nice pics....at the Springfield Mall I see. Well, now there'll be two of us with similar looking C5's in Delco and I'll be getting phone calls from people saying they saw me. Your car doesn't look much different than mine now, aside from a few minor details...

By the way...is that permanent?

Thanks guys 1st whole car dip so next color will be even smoother!!

As far as durability I would say it can last a few years if maintained and also a garage car such as a corvette. The fun it it is the fact it is completely reversible so you can change up the color every year or two anyhow!

You actually can wash the whole car with soap and water like normal and then use turtle wax ice spray wax to help protect the dip from scratches etc.

Also they are starting to release products for maintaining the dips, and extending life so I am sure as it continues to expand they will be able to increase the life!

Thanks man come to Carlisle in a few weeks and we can cruise up together! The dip is not permanent so you can peel when you are ready!
