That looks really good. Very nice job getting the plasti-dip so smooth.

Looks real close to my Nassau Blue,
Would love to throw a coat on the front and peel the bugs off after a PA run.

Great color and good job sir! Did you get the DYC spray gun kit or did you just can the whole thing?
And also for the wax questions, keep all paste type wax away from plasti-dip or it will stain white and you'll have to remove and redo it.
As far as washing goes power wash like normal but take it easy on the edges with high pressure to keep from catching any possible weak edges and bubbling the dip up. I did that on a wheel last year because I had trimmed the edges back from the lips of the wheels, but I had full pressure about an inch away from the edge too....wasn't thinking.

Beautiful color. Mine is dipped as well but a lighter blue with silver metal flake. What kicked my *** was around the mirror base, I guess I didnt clean good enough or something because it kept bubbling up around the bases. Also forgot to cover my exhaust and got overspray all over it, easy to remove though.

Thanks man!
Thanks!
Do it remember you can always peel if you do not like it!
Debating anthracite or mixing a custom color
Many thanks!
Thanks man, I'm following your fender build how's that coming!
Thank you! It takes a few times to get the hang of it and each time you get slightly better, I know my next dip will be even nicer!
Thanks man Malibu looks great! I got my kit through a reseller since it was a bit cheaper! And I may dip my buddies SBC Malibu wagon would 6 gallons work?
Its def a similar color! An easier thing for you is spray matte clear over so it frosts the bumper but it will still show your stock color !
DYC sprayer system and yea I just used turtle wax ice spray and it really helps remove the grab feel!
Thanks man it's a head turner now for sure!
Thanks man! Would love to see yours post up! And for the mirror bases try popping the bubble with a touch of thinner so it settles and grabs again but of course you have to touch up after!
Thanks!

Great job. Dipping is the fast color change way to go. My step son does his Bmw wheels with the black and it looks great with the white color of the car. This stuff just peels off when ready to change the color. Takes more time to mask everything than to peel it off.

Also if you have a big exterior build going on, it's a way to try a few colors before you spend big bucks on the respray just to be only partially content with no going back!
