Default Radio Lockout LOC

I took too long replacing my battery and have the LOC message on my radio. This is a 2000 C5. I followed the instructions below in the thread Radio Lockout but the dealer number they list to use with the 800 number (139010) is now invalid.

The code the radio gives me to give the 800 number is: 353352

Can anyone help me with this radio.
My VIN is: 1G1YY22G2Y5128183

Thanks in advance,
Dave

There was another number in a later post that was 139101 did you try that one?

I got one of the other numbers to work. The code the radio gave me was 353352. That six digit code got me 6277. I cant enter that in the radio. I have three - - -. The first dash I can change for 0 to 19. I cant figure out how to enter 6277. I wish I had made up a pigtail to plug a 9 volt battery into the cigarette lighter. I heard that works.

You may want to try this other procedure, it uses a different number (620529 along with 4 more numbers in case the first one doesn't work) and it might work better than the one you were following: click here for step-by-step instructions.
