If you're wearing polarized sunglasses, take them off and see if the circles are still there, I bet they're gone. It's likely just an artifact of the glass tempering process that polarizing lenses make visible.
Other than that I haven't a clue.

Looking for a reason for wavy circles, my only thought to reproduce such an event would be drops of a petro product on the window like gasoline or oil. it usually looks like a holographic kaleidoscope of colored circles.
Hardly a strong guess but a guess none the less

How big are the wavy circles? If they about the size of a quarter and fairly evenly spaced across the window (almost like a leopard print), you seeing the effects of the tempered glass. I can see mine with or without polarized glasses when the light hits it just right. If this is the case, there is nothing you can do about it. Tempered glass is a requirement for the rear and side windows.

Oh god.....
Now I have to go out and see if I have 'wavy circle' syndrome....
What next?
Try a good solid cleaning with product and microfiber towels, to both the inside and outside of glass.
Only thought I have as to what might help.....
