C5.5 Corvette?
Was wondering if anyone has purchased the C5.5 Corvette bumper from 2F performance or not. I like it for a couple reasons, its clean, its cool, and it allows better airflow, but i wanted to hear some more opinions on it as well as see if anyones purchased it for their Vette. Basically the idea would be to have that with the non-flip up C5R headlights or just pay for a C6 conversion. I like C6 corvettes front ends just a bit more than C5s.
P.S. Any pictures would be much appreciated

That's a C6 bumper in disguise. Don't let them fool you.

I always referred to the C6 as a C5.5!

Not a fan of the C6 body panel look on the C5, but reading the write up it does seem to provide some cooling benefits if you open up the area behind the fascia.

That's the only issue I have with it. I don't like the flip ups and have replaced them with the fixed headlights, but I don't know how fixed looks with this bumper, that was partially the point to the post to see if anyone had done it

Drifting
Making my own version of a C5R front bumper. Wanted to keep the C5 design but add a few extra enhancements.Bought a extra C5 bumper. Shaved the front filler plate. Molding in a front air scoop from a C6Z06. Making a cut out on the bottom where the front splitter meets the bumper. Tricky part with this cut out is I'm cutting the the fog light openings from my other bumper, fusing them together and molding them into the cutout. Didnt want just a cut opening. Hard to explain but will look good when finished. Ill post pics this weekend after Z06 scoop is bonded in.
