Default Anyone Deal With West Coast Corvettes?

Just curious if any other members here have ordered parts from WCC. I checked the vendor list here and didn't see them listed.

I've got a B&B exhaust setup on order from them that should ship this week. It was backordered so I am having to wait for B&B to ship it directly to me. So far, it's been two weeks.

The reason I am posting this is because my experience with them so far hasn't been bad, but hasn't exactly inspired any confidence either. For instance, I never got my invoice...even after requesting to have it emailed to me twice and verifying my email address. Also, I've had no follow up or anything from them until today, when I called to check and make sure it was still supposed to ship this week. I noticed when checking my order that they had my car listed as an A4 and not an M6. I was sure to mention that it was stick when I ordered, but for exhaust I don't THINK it makes a difference. If I'm wrong, hopefully someone here will let me know.

Anyway, just curious what you guys have experienced with them. The parts lady was nice, but customer service has been.....well.....not so great.

Thanks!

I've never had any issues with them making good on orders. You could always call and ask them to get an update on the status of your order from the manufacturer.

I've placed and received many orders from WCC and never found them to be less than professional.

I think that most places have a drop shipment of exhaust systems(direct shippment from mfg). I'd make sure they did contact Bill Boat with your order. Bill

A big thank you to those that have replied so far! I feel a bit better now.

I worked with Bobbi@WCC and she was awesome. There was just a fall out on the customer service side that in no way related to her.

I checked and as someone else mentioned my exhaust is indeed being drop shipped from B&B, so I should get a tracking number once it hits the road. Will be nice to get this installed, as finding this system has been FAR harder than I thought it would be.

Thanks all!

I've ordered from WCC many times and never had a problem. And as far as I know, there is no difference in the exhaust on an A4 and an MN6.

Great experience with them. They even make returns painless! Good company.

I have ordered from them several times and never had a problem. One time they sold me an item that was supposed to fit my car but that was incorrect. They paid for returning it and refunded all funds with no problem.

Dealt with them quite a bit since 1999. Never had any issues with their work, service or ordering equipment. Got no complaints at all

Ordered many parts from exhaust to cosmetic accessories, they have been top notch to deal with, one of the best. Talked to customer service and they usually email me an invoice at the same time as I'm speaking to them.
Here's one sample of great customer service. I ordered a set of LG Coilovers from them at a very competitive price, the coilovers were Drop Shipped from the manufacturer, 4 long bolts & nuts were missing from the shipment and I needed them the next day as I had an appointment for the install. I called the manufacturer and they agreed to ship them free of charge by ground but not for air shipment. I agreed to pay for the air shipment as I needed them the next day. I called WCC and they refunded me the cost for shipping by air. It wasn't their mistake but they took responsibility for another Company's error, that's customer service for you!

Awesome feedback guys thanks!

They seemed like a really good place to buy from, and during their July 4th sale they had a great deal on B&B exhausts going.

Now it's just the waiting game. Hopefully I'll see my setup actually arrive next week.

ordered a mix of C5 and C7 parts. multi-box shipment.
No problems.

Was emailed invoice that day, another w/ tracking numbers for each item/box
And a couple status updates on a back ordered item

The back ordered item (a freebie, no less) was fed-exed about 2 weeks later.

I had my 243 heads ported by WCC's guy. Not sure of his name, but they did an amazing job. Car made a lot more power with a small cam than we thought it would. They are a good company from what I have seen.
