Clutch Pedal Extension
I installed one of these the other day and ... wow! As a 5'9" guy, I've always had to keep the seat pretty close to the front simply so the clutch could be depressed fully without fully extending my leg (it tired me out pretty quick). This always led to my brake/gas foot being very close to the pedals and giving me little room to move. I put the extension on the clutch pedal and it made a huge difference. I can drive the car so much easier and comfortably with the seat all the way back now. Just thought I would share for any other guys out there around my height or less.

Bonda
I installed mine about a year ago mainly to shorten the distance my left leg has to move before the clutch disengages, etc. If I choose, I can also rest my heel on the floor mat, and keep my foot stationary and only pivot my ankle to engage/disengage my clutch.
I really like it.
Edit: It's "Bondra"

I would like to hear more about this, it used to seem like the throw was a little off, but I guess I have gotten used to the clutch pedal over time.
Still, I wonder when I see ads for this product, and am glad to hear from owners and the use after it is installed. Still wondering about it, but this post helps.

Drifting
I have had mine on since purchasing car in 2010, I am 5' 3" and always prefer to drive with my arms stretched out, so driving was not the issue but always forgot about having the clutch all the way to the floor for starting, which I could not accomplish with out the Bondra pedal extension, the extra 1-1/2" made it all work perfectly for me.

See john's directions above. Extremely easy. Takes 5 minutes tops, though you need to get a bit horizontal to get down there. I actually screwed the screws in while sitting in the chair so I could hold the clutch partially in with my foot right above the pedal since the angle of the screws going in didn't work well with the kick panel under the steering wheel. Held the clutch partially in for a few minutes while I tightened all the bolts and all was done
