You question/post is confusing. If by qa1, you mean coilovers, then a transmission will not interfere with them. The two have nothing to do with one another.
You also did say "c5z" however, so I'm wondering if you actually meant C6Z (as in differential, as in people who have converted to BOTH a C6Z diff and TR6060 trans, so if that the case, the answer is still "no", no interference.
I have the C6Z/TR6060 conversion with Pfadt coilovers, and no issues from the shocks/springs whatever, so I can't speak to "qa1" specifically, but I don't think you'll experience any problems with "adjustment" or "fitment".
Btw, if you DO decide to use a TR6060 with a C5 diff, you'll have to have the C5 pinion gear EDM machined to 30 splines, to accomodate the 30 spline output shaft from the TR6060 transmission.

I'm running 305/30-19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports on an 11" wide wheel in the rear, with no issues. Btw, that also includes the fact I have the Z06 brake cooling ducts as well.
I can't say what dia. this tire is right offhand, but feel free to look it up if you like. Tire Rack has that info readily available.

It will work fine in the car no issue unless you count maybe the tire hitting the rubber inner if the car hits a bump are if you really hit on the car are the track and it lowers in the rear. I have the qa1 with the c6cradle under it mine will hit just a little if I DO THE ABOVE IN IT. BUT ONLY HITS IN THE FRONT OF THE TIRE. Robert

you will need to remove the fender liner and trim the fender/bumper in the rear. that was with 27.5" tires.... with c6 arms... i opted to trim instead of buying coilovers. c5 arms and coilovers you just need to remove the fender liners.
