I bought this same set of Hankooks back in April of 2012 for $769.50-$180.00(discount & rebate)=$589.50 at Americas Tire Store in Hillsboro, OR. and I thought that was a good deal.
Today I spent $434.56 shipped to my home. I don't need new tires yet but that was too good to pass up. I like these Hankooks!

Update: I ordered these yesterday, late afternoon, and they were delivered an hour ago. They were shipped UPS Ground.

Ordered a set as well. Like you, I'm not needing a new set quite yet, maybe in the next 12 - 18 months, but the price was too good to pass up. Hard to beat only $446 shipped.
I wonder why they are giving these tires away. They can't be making much money on them.
Because Hankook has come out with the next generation Ventus V12 evo2, and Tire Rack wants to clear out their inventory of the previous generation at closeout prices.
