Default CCW Classics here soon tire choices

So my CCWs will be here soon 18x10 and 18x11.5. I'm thinking about running 265 35 on the front and would like to reuse my 295 35 on the rear. They are Continentals DWs that have a wider than normal section width of 12 inches and 11.5 tread width and it shows on the stock z06 wheels.
Im just worried it might be to much of a stetch. This is also the reason I was going 265 and not 275 in the front.

Thoughts?

Yes I have 9.5 front and 265 DW's. I should have gone 275 and you're 10 in front so I'm saying 275 is what you should be doing. I'm 295 x 10.5 on the rear. JMO

Nearly identical wheel set up as what you're getting and I'm running the following: Front 265/40/18 hankook ventus evos Rear 295/35/18 Goddyear Eagle F1s (non runflat). I'm not gonna lie...they do have some stretch but I'm OK with it. I'll try and find some close up pics if I can before I put them on the car.

It's a shame nobody makes a 305/35 or 315/35 street tire.

If I were you I'd do a 275/35/18 front and 295/35/18 rear (The DW do run wide so you should be fine). A little stretch can look good. I wouldn't sweat it.

Because I had a brain fart and mixed up a few things in my head. LOL On my Classics the front size is 265/35/18...not 265/40/18 as previously posted.

That 265/40/18 is the rear size for my "winter set up" which is on a set of C5Z reps. Sorry for the confusion.

I went with 275s 35 hankooks on the front...they were on blow out on tire rack $139 a tire plus only .2 wider than the 265 section width. 275s have a section width of 10.9 the rim lip to lip would be 11 so I think that will be ok. Ill run the 295s for now but will most likly go to a 315 35 toyo down the road a bit.

Good stuff. Eventually I'm going to go wider as well front and rear. I went a little on the narrow side initially because I wasn't sure about the fit and wish I had gone a little wider front and rear. This set up works for now. When are you going to get them mounted and on the car? We'll need pics you know.
