For those that asked, it's a half mile total distance. You get a good 1/8+ mile to get up to 60, then you hit a boxed off area with a red/yellow/green light that gives you the go ahead to punch it. The run to the finishline is roughly 1500 feet. I trapped 138 Sunday, and was one of the slower cars there. That's with 555/490. I've already ordered a bigger cam, and have been looking at a Nitrous system. It takes roughly 750 wheel to trap 150, and roughly 1000 wheel to trap 160.
It was a great time, and I hope to do it again next go round!

Cruise! What up! No, actually tech inspection wasn't tough at all. No cage is required. It was run what you brung, and a great time for all. We only had 1 car break, and it wasn't anything serious. Some burnt plugs and nothing more.

Thanks man that's good to know. I def want to make it out to one later this year or early next year. Looks like you guys are having a lot of fun!

Yes! it was a blast, you should definitely make it out if you can. Everyone is upping their game, so it'll be a little tighter this next time around I believe. A blower Vette punching 900 wheel won it this time around, I see no reason why it couldn't happen again! I'll be shooting to break into the 150's myself.
