Has anyone wrapped the top?
I have an Artic white coupe and thinking about tinting the windows. I was wondering if anyone tinted the windows and then had the top pillar wrapped in a vinyl or plastidip so the entire top would appear to be black?
Anyone do this or have pics?

There have been a number of owners here that have wrapped the halo on their coupe (or even had it painted). Looks pretty good on certain colors, one of which would be arctic white.

Yeah that's why I'd like to see some pics or look for some advice. I'm leaning toward the black out theme for the lights and tint. I figured vynal or plastidip would be more cost effective than paint and plus I can always peel off if I want to change things up.

I have seen a few arctic white c5s and some red ones that have had their halos and roofs done with hydrocarbon looks pretty cool in my opinion kind of like a c6 zr1 look

I never considered wrapping the Halo but I did wrap my 2nd top waiting for warmer weather to paint it. The shop in town wanted $470.00 to wrap it in some 3M super-duper carbon fiber vinyl. F that..! $35.00 sheet off of ebay and did it myself. Not to tough to do.
This is a test to see if I could get the edges wrapped the way i wanted them.

I've kept it on there longer than I had planned. Plenty of compliments.

I had mine painted by a local body shop. He called it "hot rot black". I was experiencing the cracked, swirled look on the top. He sanded it down and painted it. No clear coat. Came out great. $120
