I'm not a photographer but I have had my '69 Z28 professionally photographed for several magazines in the past. From what I've observed and heard from the photographers is dusk is usually the best time as the shadows are lowest and the lighting better. Also trees in close proximity where they appear to be growing out of the car is detracting. The poses and angles are very good and the slight turn-in on the front wheels is a nice technique. Other than the shadows and trees these are very nice photos. Best part is the cars!

Agree. Harsh lighting, bad backgrounds, objects growing out of the car and a few that the focus is weird.
Good news is that a bad photo of something attractive is always better than a perfect photo of something no one cares about. Thanks for sharing

Thank you!
I'll have to make a point to get one!
The whole thing about this shoot was that it wasn't actually a "planned photo shoot". We knew we would be at the same location for a few hours (at mid day nonetheless ) and had the opportunity to snag a few quick shots before we all departed for the day. I'm talking 10-15 minutes tops.
This summer I am planning on a full shoot with him with rolling shots and staged scenes at appropriate times in the day with very complimentary backgrounds. So stay tuned for some "Professional Photography"
