Replacement Air Dam Recommendations
Can anyone recommend a vendor for a replacement C5 air dam?
I am planning on trimming mine about an inch so as to minimize the "dam" scrapping everywhere!
Thanks

I bought some of the reinforcement pieces for my front air dam. Got them from RPI Designs.

The reinforcement pieces are definitely worth buying, they firm up the side pieces nicely.
I don't think I would recommend cutting an inch off your air dam, I believe it is carefully designed to provide the best aerodynamic air flow for cooling.
The middle section of the air dam is spring loaded, so minor scraping is not that detrimental, but a little care at dips/bumps can avoid scraping altogether.

I bought the 3-piece replacement set with reinforcements from Corvette Mods.
I'm happy with the outer pieces and the reinforcements.
The center piece -not so much. The metal bracket didn't fit like the original and the replacement plastic was more flimsy than the OEM piece. I used some of the hardware that came with the aftermarket center piece to rebuild my OEM center piece, which I'm still using.

My car is stock height, and I enter and leave my driveway at pretty sharp angles, but I STILL scrape every time. It's worse when I'm leaving the driveway. I'd lower my car tomorrow if I could find a way around this issue.
