Default trans brace to stop wheel hop?

I know pfadt went out of business. Who is going to step up to produce a similar product to absorb the vibration of the drivetrain? I want to eliminate the hop my car produces!

I have the ECS brace and I still had a little hop which I fixed
by adding the PFADT brace. 2 braces instead of one, good luck.

yes, i want the pfadt style brace to stop wheel hop. I understand that the ecs brace is for another purpose and doesnt help the wheel hop like the pfadt did.

The brace is not related, wheel is cured through tires and suspension.

The pfadt brace helped wheel help by distributing the load evenly to the left and right of the differently, not just a centerpoint like stock. Pfadt's piece mimics what GM basically did with the C6 by having two offset mounts instead of one central mount allowing the suspension to rock back and forth on.

When I first bought my car it had 67k and was bone stock, and had good tread but dry and old stock sized tires. The car had such bad wheel hop I momentarily considered selling. I came from a 420rwhp fox body mustang that would lay 2 stripes for 100 yards if I wanted.

A week after buying my 01Z, I picked up a set of 2nd hand CCWs with really old and bald kumho victoracers. Wheel hop was probably worse with those tires. I then replaced the suspension with Jerry O'Connell shocks and swaybars, and I had to replace both rear outer tie rod ends. Wheel hop was DRAMATICALLY improved after the fresh shocks, but still present. Once I replaced bald kumhos with fresh Michelin 335s in the rear, I have to really try to make the car wheel hop. The only time it hops is when it's right on the edge of traction/ breaking traction. If I rev it up to 6,000 in 2nd gear and let the clutch out, it will burn both rear tires off the rev limiter smoothly for as long as I stay in it! I have an ECS brace that I'll be installing for good measure when I do the clutch/ torque tube bushings, but for the time being I can truthfully say my wheel hop is basically cured. I think tires and suspension condition play a huge part. If you have ANY suspension issues of any kind in the rear, such as bad bushings, excessive or insufficient camber or toe, weak shocks, worn swaybar bushings or end links, etc, then all bets are off... You need to make sure everything is fresh first.

Thank you. My car just rolled over 30k miles. My tires are about 1.5 years old, Pilot sport's. All bushings are in good order and greased appropriately. My car is supercharged, would the additional horsepower be overriding the suspension and causing the 'hop'?
