Default Thinking New Rotors - Any Recommendations?

Considering replacing my 8 year-old Baer Eradispeed rotors. They have served me well, however I plan to swap pads and brake lines as well.

My current set up is 2-piece in the front and the 1-piece in the back. I'm thinking about the Eradispeed +2 rotors, however since I am running CCW 505As, I will either need to add spacers in the back or shave down the calipers.

Although I have no hesitation in going with another set of Eradispeeds, I'm curious what other brands I should consider. I know a lot has changed in eight years and I want to make sure I'm not missing any options.

Per an earlier search, I noticed that the C6 Z51 rotors were a popular option.

Pics would also be welcome.

You may already be aware of this... but just in case... whichever rotors you go with, make sure they are zinc and or nickel coated or you will hate them after several car washes.

Yep. However that thread is moving more in the direction of best rotor designs for track performance, C7R design comparisons, etc.

I'm more interested in what rotor options are available that compare to my current set of Baer Eradispeeds. I'm happy with the performance of the current set, however since I haven't really shopped for new rotors in over 8 years, I'm curious if there are any comparable options that have similar performance and look just as good. I run CCW 505As so I have some size limitations, plus I have a lot of open space so the rotors need to look as good as they perform and will need to be zinc or nickel coated so they don't rust, stain, etc.
