Buzzing Sound
My dad has a 99. With the car off there is a buzzing sound on the passenger side. To me it sounds like it is coming from the dash area. He has some issues with battery drain. Any ideas?

Pull back the carpet and remove the cover for access to the fuse box. Refer to the owners manual for any help with this. Feel around for a relay that is buzzing. They will be large and square-ish looking. You should find your drain problem.
The engine fuse box is near there so if you don't find an issue in the I/P fuse box then look at the other one.
Let us know what you find.
Also pull the DIC codes and see what it shows if anything.
