Default Pictures/opinions or both on mat choice...

Picked up a 50th Aniv. vert about a month ago, only 14700 miles and the original GM mats are in excellent condition. I want to get the rubbertite mats from lloyds but am stuck on color choice. As you are aware, the entire interior is shale, even the dash. I'm looking for some color to contrast/break things up. The burgundy looks like a great match to the paint but I'm afraid it would look gaudy. Black, of course is the other choice. I'll also be getting the cargo mat. Anyone have pictures of the burgundy mats in a light interior?

All opinions/pictures welcomed and appreciated.
Mike

I would probably go with the black. Kind of hard to envision just burgundy mats and how well they would look in the car with no other matching color in the interior.

I think I would go with a thin clear mat to go over the factory mats. Let that interior shine!

I'd just stick with the factory mats if it were me.
