DIC Flickers and occassional zero on odometer
I just notice that my DIC is doing a high speed flickering(hardly noticeable, so not sure how long) and sometimes my odometer will show zero miles, turn off and restart and regular miles show up. I had battery checked and its fine. No codes being thrown, Appreciate any help!!! All other info from DIC is fine, but they all have the high speed flickering.

Did you pull up the DIC codes or were you looking for something to just show in up the display? Just want to make sure we are on the same page to start off with.

DIC codes
I will run the codes when I get home tonight, thought someone may have an idea on this, I was thinking maybe a mouse bit into a wire over the winter storage?

If these fuses do not fix the issue, you may want to check out the starter switch. Mine was flickering, and would not let me start my car. Don't know if this is similar to what you are experiencing, since it looks like yours is starting. Anyway, the contacts in mine just needed to be cleaned.

Are you using an analog or digital meter?
When I use my analog meter for measuring 12 volts I use the 0-30 volt range which is the lowest setting.
My digital voltmeter is very high end and has a auto ranging feature.

digital voltmeter
I think you are trying to read a low voltage with a range setting that is too high for a accurate readings.

Yes, that is all you will need to remove. Once you get the switch out, remove the green cap and take a look at those 5 contacts. Two of mine were burned bad, and another was starting. I just sanded them all down with 400, 800, and 2000 grit paper, wiped with alcohol, applied some di-electric grease, and put it back together. Worked like a charm.

At the lower setting what are the fuse values?
DO NOT USE DIELECTRIC GREASE ON ANY SWITCH CONTACTS
Why would you put dielectric grease (an insulating non conducting) grease on the ignition switch contacts?
That stuff is used where you have moisture and you use it "around" the "conducting path", not in it.
There are conductive greases one can use on contacts. Don't put an insulator on the contacts.
