Default 2.5" Catback XS Power exhaust

I purchased the 2.5" Catback XS Power exhaust about a month and half ago and thought it sounded great from the start but because of our great Canadian winter never had a chance to get it on the road until yesterday. Wow, this exhaust sounds phenomenal, has a great rumble at idle, no drone on the highway(which the wife will be happy with), and turns every head on the street when you put your foot into it. You couldn't have beaten the smile off my face during that first ride and I am sure every ride to follow. The only thing better than this exhaust is the service Jonathon provides at Huron Speed Products.
Anyone considering an exhaust for their C5 should have this one at the top of their list.
Thanks Jonathon.

Sounds like you are a very happy camper with that exhaust. Congrats on getting the car to sound just how you want it to sound.

What general price range are we talking here? $1K+ for Corsa or Borla is a little steep for me. Looking for a worthwhile alternative.

Put the same exhaust on my wife's car. I loved the sound of it except for the popping when decelerating. Added an X-pipe and took care of that problem. Doesn't have that huge roar when accelerating really hard but still sounds great. Great exhaust for the money.

Had this system on my z06, really loved it. My girlfriend found even it a little too loud though so I went back to my Ti's. It was already quieter than a borla or similar system. Oh well. Couple vids in my sig.

Stock is too quiet though, hoping maybe headers with the Ti's be a happy middle ground...

I have the 3" XS Power catbacks and I really like them.No drone, you can talk to your passenger, hear the radio and sound off wide open.

Thanks Jonathon.
I ordered the same set up over Christmas. Since the weather in the mid-west was so bad I had to wait until just a couple of weeks ago to put them on. I am very impressed. Just as advertized, they don't drone and you can have a conversation with your passenger. The real test came this past weekend when my wife and I took the Vette out for the evening. She never made a comment as to the sound of the exhaust. All is good. My complements to the folks at Huron Speed and the fine XS Power exhaust.
