Hello,
I bought a C5 targa top on ebay described as a tinted clear transparent top. What I got was a top with a black lexan skin marked in the corner lexarcoat 1000, dot 435, AS5, M203, Lexamar Corp. The skin is opaque, won't pass the light from a flashlight through it. Did the C2L dual removable roof panel option come with a SMC painted to match and a black opaque lexan top? Did you need the CC3 option to get the removable transparent blue tinted top? Does anyone know if you can purchase a transpartent blue tinted skin only?

You are probably out of luck unless you do a lot of digging. The original transparent blue tinted top were never produced by venders, I know because I search several years ago with I needed to replace mine. You may be able to pick one up and refinish it.
