That looks incredible! My drivers seat needs new foam and would love to change my interior from gray to all black Love all the leather upgrades you did. Did you do all the installs yourself?

"5. Added auxiliary port to CD player so that I can plug my cell phone in and play my songs right from my phone."

Did you do this to the stock stereo? Could you either post how, or PM me please...Thanks...Steve

Great results, By the way

Looks pretty nice, In fact, looks better than stock. I did some work on my own over the years. Mine's a 1AC anniversary coupe, so I changed the shifter boot, emergency brake boot Inside door handle surrounds & RPI for the grab bar. I wouldn't go any farther, but I think it's better look than plain carbon fiber. And it was all done in Texas USA.

Thanks! Yes I did all the work myself so if you have any questions when you get started on yours feel free to ask and I'll do my best to help out. I spent lots of time reading threads on what others had done to their vetts, so if there's something specific your needing let I can try to help and I might be able to point you to the thread that I used.

About a year ago when I wasn't ready to buy new foam I took off the stock covers and did some investigating of my own. I ended up doing a temporary fix using some spare foam to add more support and protection and a cut up a spare section of carpet for more support under the base and to prevent the wires from cutting through. Those free fixes bought me some time until I was ready to buy what I wanted.

Good luck!

That is the thread that I followed, it has a link to a youtube video also on how it works. It was well worth the effort. Mine turned out just like that and I use it everytime I drive. It's hard to see in my picture but it's there in the bottom left corner on my stock CD player. PM me if you need more help.

I just got my new skins from Exotic leather today, they look great. Best thing is they will make them the way you want them with no extra charge. Bought the new foam from Mid America, and the cuffs you used. They're not here yet, but when they come I'll be tackling mine. I got black skins and stitching, with the C5 logo in the head rest, with Pewter Corvette and pewter around the flags. They will look great in my Pewter Vert. Can't wait to get started. Yours looks great, hope mine looks as good.

Very subtle and classy looking. I like the red and black together. Good job. Might have to look them up and see if they can do purple stitching.
