i would like a nicer exhaust note and for it to scream at WOT but be quiet at idle and fine cruising. i know the stock Ti is AMAZING but im looking for a bit more. what can i get for a relatively low price (used) stainless and good looking from the rear. any input appreciated thank you.

B&B bullets, rattle the windows of your local downtown shops, I love um on my ride, NASCAR effect
I'm runnin um with stock Z06 manifolds and straight pipes(no xpipe) I don't get what others call drone, just a nice rumble on highway cruisein

Nah, just get on the "for sale " sub forum and follow close and you can find good deals, catbacks on there all the time
I just bought set of kooks headers new in unopened box for 750 shipped, I get most everything I need want for my car off there, and I've bought a crap load of goodies over the past year, most half of retail.

There are a lot of good catback systems out there that will make your car sound great. I am running a set of the Corsa Indy Pace Cars (now called the Corsa Sport I think) and they are music to the ear. No drone or popping when driving the car and when you push down on the gas pedal, they really wake up.

for the same money or less you can buy used z06 ti's and do the bypass mod, or, find a used set of stingers or magnaflows or other quality product
may even get lucky and find something from corsa.
my point was, for the money, buy quality used over new chineese knock offs
there is no better place to witness what obx & xs products are like than on honda tech. lot of broke kids buy those brands to mod their civics and integras. many also go back to stock and or buy quality like HKS, Greddy etc. a year later when they have issues with their "mods"

Melting Slicks
And if you really want some cheap ones... the auction site has some for under $400... be aware that I've never heard of anyone that has used them. So buyer beware... but like was stated by jcsperson, if you don't have headers and x-pipe, save up and get some. A true increase in performance and it'll make your current catbacks sound really good.
