Maybe you can show that to your bank and transfer the payments? 
I get people posting pictures of my car from time to time - have not seen them claiming it as theirs. Does not bother me unless they say I own their pickup!

I never heard of this happening other than Frank(JETZ)had some pictures used on a few occasions to sell used parts on ebay that I saw... I think you should definitely be flattered

A few years back somebody put my '72 road runner on Ebay! (or pictures of it if you will) Only way I found out is a buddy saw it and emailed me, I emailed Ebay and let them know. Ad was removed in less than an hour.

It was a piece of cake to find out who this Kid is , where he works his name address and phone number and work contact. This kid is just too dumb to be a new member here asking for advice, and showing a photo of a silver coupe in his avatar then claiming to own Torques FRC. you don't look for acceptance in a new forum by lying to the membership about ownership of someone else's car. This was premeditated stupidity.

A few years ago when I had my '00 coupe I got a message from another forum member that one of the vendors here had posted a pic of my car in an advertisement for wheels. While I was flattered that they liked it enough to post up the pic, I guess it would have been just a nice courtesy to have said something to me first.

Thats just wrong...I don't care if someone posts a picture of my car, in fact I would be flattered if they were showing it off but to claim that my pride and joy is their own would make me pissed.

Wouldn't bother me. Not like they actually STOLE the car. In fact I would be flattered if they used my Vette pic.
