Advice on purchase of z06
I am going to look at a '01 Z06 with 35,000 miles. I would really appreciate some info on anything that I need to look at or question. Are there any red flag issues for this year make that I need to be aware of, besides normal wear and tear. Also why such a difference in prices from KBB, NADA and EDMUNDS. I want to pay a fair price for the condition of the car, but not sure what to compare it to. Any help would be appreciated. This will be my 4th corvette, but my first C5.

My experience is that NADA has a more accurate value than other sources. Check the fault codes and walk away if it has a lot of aftermarket do it yourself mods. If it had minor mods ask the owner if he saved the original parts
