I would be all over these if weld would pony up and make some to clear c6z brakes on the front and stay flush with the stock fenders... I was wanting to do the wide rear fenders and an 18 front 17 rear rts setup but they just won't make anything for the fronts with c6z brakes, I tried many times already... they will make the rears clear c6z brakes as long as you have wide fenders... if you have stock brakes you are fine, they can make the front and rear no problem... OH1Z06 has them on his car with wide rear fenders, look around for some pics of his car... sick combo in my opinion

Did you post this in the F/I section I would imagine you would get a ton of pics there.

And I just went by Weld and they said they do make front wheels to clear C6Z brakes and sit flush with the fender.

you have got to be kidding me... I have called them 4 times, last time I called was like a week ago... are you sure they were referring to a c5 with c6z brakes and stock front fenders?... they told me it wasn't possible and just keep trying to send me to ccw but I already have ccw's on the car lol... if ccw offered a 17 in some of their wheels that would be great but most start out at 18

Sorry I just got back on here. I did ask them not long ago I took my car down to their headquarters(didn't realize they don't take customers off the street these days). Called the number and a couple of their sales people came out to look at my car and took me inside with them into the back to show me what they have and things that are coming out. I did specifically ask because I wanted to put BBK up front. The lady helping me said yes they would... I don't know if it will help but Stangkilr has a C7 with large brakes I think and his car is pictured all over the web with weld skinnies in front. Ill find a pic and post it. Maybe you just have to be from Kansas City J/K

I was referring to the s71 rts and not the one pictured on the c7... plus that's a c7 anyway so it's completely different, they make the wheel I want to clear on a c6z all day long but they just won't do it for a c5 with c6z brakes, at least that's what they told me numerous times... if they would do it I would buy a set and sell my ccw's

Well I don't have them on my car but that's what she told me. I was only posting pics to help illustrate. Sounds like you need to call again.

I really don't want to call again but yesterday I did send an email to someone that I spoke with one of the previous times and linked this thread in the email... haven't heard back from them yet
