Don't want to get in trouble for reviving an old thread, but, I FINALLY got around to buying a set of these and I have no regrets. They are amazing. Mine are installed in the factory housing and the difference is unbelievable. Just like Mike I always had trouble seeing out of the back due to the dark tint. Don't have that problem any longer!! I used to just get enough light out of the original setup to barely light up the driveway behind my car. When I put the car in reverse now it completely floods the front of all the houses across the street with light!!
Quick 15 minute install from start to finish.
Great investment in my Vette.
Thanks Mike!!!!!

The other no-cost thing to do at the same time is to tilt the Adjure assembly so that the reflectors do not point up in the air. I used 1" spacers and longer screws on the two upper attachment points - definitely gets the light pointed in the right direction. My spacers, fyi, were cut from the plastic gizmos that hold the drum in place on a front load washer for shipping. I had removed them when we bought the washer, and thought they might be useful "one day" and stashed them in the garage/shop.

Good idea...I did this back in the spring with cree bulbs from Amazon and the Adjure fixture. Thanks for sharing!

You can order the bulbs here:

Or you can order Adjure reverse light housing and get the bulbs at a discount here:
