Default $32,000+ and reserve not met!

A nice car, but I am amazed that 13 bids have it up to $32,000+, and the reserve is still not met!

I'd like to know where the additional 35 HP comes from.
Certainly not the exhaust & intake.
Must be those caliper covers.

It's certainly a nice low mileage 2003 convertible - - and it may be the 50th anniversary year -- but hardly the Aniversary Edition . . .

I would have thought high $20's with only 8700 miles, but that's getting pretty proud in the mid $30's.

It's definitely not Anniversary Red - looks torch red. No 50th AE special edition had red interior. There's no 50th AE badges on the front fenders. Can't really see the nose badge. It looks nice, save the BSM, and has low mileage.

may of had guys just running the numbers to see what the reserve was

there is no penalty for being a deadbeat bidder on ebay auto auctions

32 would be unusually high for that car

Yeah, all 03's got the 30th anniversary commemorative badge but that doesn't make it the special Anniversary Edition,,no idea how many have been duped by that one! Don't know how many like to add the claimed "added horsepower" numbers! Maybe got an extra 5 to 10!

now, now...there must a SECRET 50th Anny version, one that only NCRS members know about!
just from reading the ad, the guy seems like an insufferable blowhard
the fake questions/comments are a nice touch

note how the engine pics are cropped so as to avoid showing the alledged intake

A nice car, but no way I would ever pay that kind of money for the car.

Car looks absolutely new. And it's red -- inside and out. And every Corvette owner knows deep in his heart that 'all Corvettes are red, the rest are just mistakes.' (And mine's not red.)

The auction is being shill bided & the user ID''s are private so you cannot see the same people bidding it up!!

That's pretty interesting, as I have the same car, but black and different exhaust/intake, and you have to stand back a bit until they would look about the same.

I had to click because I also believe in the power of ads, and wanted to see what this cars selling promo looked like.

I don't know about pricing, but the guy seems pretty sophisticated about cars, so I expect he will sell at his price . I like buying used cars from bucks up guys, they don't waste time getting needed car care.

I did see a mistake in the ad, about private party, no sales tax. Maybe in his world, but I get serious looking letters questioning the reported values . I would think this car is going from collection to collection at that price. Red interiors are show only for me. I had a bad experience with a red on red 67 impala once.
